IN-HOUSE REPAIRS
Equipment may be sent directly to one of our facilities for in-house repairs or evaluation, at which time the cost of repair will be compared to new equipment, or retrofitting with updated parts. Whichever the case, we will warranty our repairs for one full year, or honor the full manufacturer’s warranty on new equipment.

BATTERIES
A full line of sealed-gel, pure lead, lead-acid and nickel-cadmium batteries are available for immediate shipment. Our in-house staff can supply batteries used by all major manufacturers of emergency lighting equipment. Because of our volume, we are able to offer these batteries to our customers at very competitive prices.

EMERGENCY LIGHTING EQUIPMENT
Our inventory of emergency lighting equipment includes the most popular models of all the emergency lighting manufacturers. This equipment is available to our customers at competitive prices; and of course, all equipment carries a full manufacturer’s warranty.

REPLACEMENT PARTS
To better server our customers we have a complete index of major emergency lighting manufacturers parts numbers for replacement parts. With our ability to cross reference manufacturers part numbers, our technical knowledge of emergency lighting equipment, and our divers inventory, most replacement parts are available for immediate delivery

PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE PLANS
Emergency Lighting Services, Services preventative maintenance plans offer an annual inspection of your equipment to identify and correct potential problems before a crisis occurs. Our comprehensive plans additionally provide all-inclusice coverage for any emergency or failure, with the peace of mind that an authorized factory-trained technician will be on site to address your problem within a matter of hours.

START UP SERVICE
Start-Up service is designed to provide thorough inspection and energization of the equipment to verify full functionality and warranty certification. A certified Global Services field technician or engineer will visit the site location to preform start-up services for the equipment. A start-up report will be generated and distributed to the customer.

BATTERY ANALYSIS & BATTERY REFRESH (VRLA)
Emergency Lighting Services Battery Analysis & Battery Refresh are designed to help our customers keep their products reliable throughout the duration of the batter/batteries life span. Battery lifetime is highly affected by the environment in which it operates. The battery analysis will help to identify cells that may be damaged or faulty due to heat, age, environmental conditions, or deterioration. These factors can pose a considerable threat to battery performance.

While analysis can be performed at anytime, we recommend testing after the third year of product operation. A certified Global Services field engineer will be used to perform this on site service.

TIME AND MATERIAL SERVICES
Emergency Lighting Services offers time and material billable services for non-contracted customers. Time and materials services include field upgrades, standby services, preventative maintenance checks, repairs, and emergency visits. Services are billed on an hourly service rate basis plus applicable zone charges.
