Don't Forget Your Emergency Exit Lights

Successful businesses often forget about their emergency exit lights. After all, they are usually only visible when it is dark and that only happens during power outages and emergencies. However, it does happen.

Your business has a responsibility to its customers. When the power goes out, for whatever reason, your customers need to know they have a safe avenue to exit the premises. As soon as the lights are out the first thing that can happen is fear and panic, but if your customers see well-lit exit signs showing them a safe path to the doors, they will be put at ease almost immediately.

In order to insure that those exit signs will be visible, they need to be installed correctly with a reliable battery system in place. They also need to have regular inspections and maintenance to make sure they will be ready when the darkness falls.

Finding someone to install the lights is relatively easy. Finding someone that will do it right, and offer an inspection and maintenance plan is another story. Lighting contractors are a dime a dozen. They pop in, do the work, then disappear. This can leave you in the lurch when those illuminated signs need to be inspected or fixed.

At Lighting Services Inc, not only can we install your emergency exit signs correctly the first time, but we offer inspections and maintenance plans to back up our work. No matter what day of the week, or what hour of the night, we can have someone at your location within hours to address your concerns. We are an 81 year old family business that has grown to service 11 North Eastern states. We never use a sub-contractor. We use our own staff for every job!

So if you want to find out how we can keep your customers safe and secure in any emergency, contact us today. We continue to be the beacon of light which keeps 11 coastal states safe and secure!
